we are continually responding to feedback to expand our legal support

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) has launched an enhanced and enlarged suite of model internal policy documents in order to better support its members in achieving operational best practice.

The library now includes 27 customisable policies, which enable APSCo members to put in place appropriate policies and procedures. The series covers specific areas including: Maternity and Parental Leave; Flexible Working; Safeguarding; and Internet, E-mail & Social Media. Also available are more comprehensive documents which can be used to shape Employee Codes of Conduct and Disciplinary, Dismissal and Grievance Procedures.

On the launch, Tania Bowers, General Counsel at The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), commented:

“APSCo is always striving to enhance its service offering for members, and we are delighted that we are able to support our members by sharing this library of model documents. Our member satisfaction surveys consistently show that our legal services are a well-utilised and highly regarded element of our wider service offering, and we are continually responding to feedback to expand our legal support. For recruitment firms that are looking to implement policies which both reduce exposure to risk and are relevant for the way we work today, I have no doubt that this will be a highly valuable resource.”
