Arcus Global First UK Company to Achieve Government Competency Status from Amazon Web Services

Cambridge, UK – 30th June 2016 – Arcus Global, an Amazon Web Services Advanced Consulting Partner already recognised for its Managed Services capability, has added to its growing reputation by becoming the first UK based AWS Government Competency Partner.

This Competency is only awarded to those organisations within the AWS Partner Network (APN) that have demonstrated 1st class technical proficiency, a deep understanding of the challenges and issues being faced by the Public Sector. The organisation must also have a track record of proven, demonstrable success in delivering solutions for Government and Public Sector organisations that deliver great outcomes.

Arcus Global earned the AWS Competency based on its proven track record of successfully delivering innovative solutions on AWS cloud platform for customers such as the Department for Communities and Local Government, Houses of Parliament, Ministry of Justice, Cambridge University, Manchester University and Local Authorities such as Peterborough City Council, The London Borough of Hounslow and Aylesbury Vale District Council.
