Another successful year for Sword Active Risk clients at the CIR Risk Management Awards

Network Rail, Skanska and Transport for London receive top awards for risk management practices

Maidenhead, UK. 14 November 2016 – Sword Active Risk, a supplier of specialist risk management software and services, congratulates clients Network Rail, Skanska and Transport for London for their success at this year’s CIR Risk Management Awards. Transport for London was awarded Risk Management Programme of the Year (for its Rolling Stock Renewals programme), the Public Sector Risk Management Award and was highly commended for ERM Strategy of the Year. Network Rail’s Helen Hunter-Jones was presented Risk Manager of the Year, with Richard Bendall-Jones Newcomer of the Year, while Skanska was awarded Risk Management Team of the Year. It is the second year that Network Rail and Skanska have won a prestigious award at the event.

The winners were announced at a gala dinner held on 10 November 2016 at the Millennium Hotel London Mayfair, attended by more than 250 guests, an increase on last year’s event.
