ClusterControl helps organisations manage the most popular open source databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB through one interface. The free community version of ClusterControl, which allows users to deploy MongoDB Community Edition as well as Percona Server for MongoDB, also provides users access to the ClusterControl Developer Studio. This tool provides a set of monitoring and performance advisors to be used during deployment. The community version also includes a point-and-click wizard, which makes the manual deployment of MongoDB obsolete.

In addition, ClusterControl also enables consistent back-ups of sharded database clusters.
