Arrow Business Communications Limited named Best ITSP Reseller in the ITSPA Awards 2017

GODALMING, SURREY, UK (26th May 2017): Arrow is delighted to announce that it has been named a Winner for Best ITSP Reseller in the 9th Annual Internet Telephony Services Providers’ Association (ITSPA) Awards. The Awards, which celebrate innovation and best practice across the next generation industry, were held at the Tower of London. There are nine awards categories reflecting the range and scope of the VoIP and Unified Communications industry, and for the first time a Best ITSP Reseller Award was included.

The judges were delighted to award the first ever ITSPA Best ITSP Reseller Award to Arrow Business Communications and were particularly impressed by the detailed nature of the entry and the excellent range of products provided.

Entrants had to complete a written self-assessment demonstrating that they have provided the best value-add service within the reseller community. Arrow provided evidence of impressive business performance, innovation that has addressed specific business requirements, excellent customer service and ROI. This was supplemented by our case study on La Sainte Union Catholic School.

Arrow supplied La Sainte Union with Horizon, a cloud based telephony solution. Arrow recommended Horizon because the school wanted a hosted solution to give them scalability and to future proof their investment. Prior to the full deployment, La Sainte Union’s old system failed suddenly but Arrow was able to install Horizon for their reception staff within 48 hours. Read the full case study here.
