Leading software and services provider Advanced, has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Technology Services 2 (RM3804) framework. This ensures that Advanced’s Managed Services meet the rigorous standards set by the CCS for public sector organisations.

Covering all of Advanced’s IT outsourcing services, including design and consulting, infrastructure and IT transition, transformation, day-to-day management, provision and support of IT devices from desktop to datacentre, Technology Services 2 (RM3804) framework customers can access a combination of Advanced services or a single element, depending on their requirements.

Developed to provide all public sector organisations with access to suppliers of technology services, this framework is designed to service the smallest of IT needs as well as large, critical central government systems, both at the Government’s official, secret and top secret security classifications. More information on the framework is available here. The CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial benefit when procuring common goods and services.

“Securing a place on this important public sector framework is of great significance, confirming that our solutions continue to meet the exacting criteria set by the CCS. These frameworks ensure consistently high standards and quality through rigorous compliance, as well as improving purchasing power for public sector organisations of all sizes, so they are a critical element of the procurement process within the sector. It is an endorsement of the positive outcome our solutions can deliver across the public sector,” said Roy Wood, Managing Director – IT Services, Advanced.

Advanced is already on a number of existing government frameworks, including G-Cloud 9 and Digital Outcomes Specialists 2. Its solutions are already widely used across the public sector, examples include:
