Geraint Griffiths Appointed Joint MD of Aareon UK Ltd

Geraint Griffiths will join Nigel Rees as Joint MD of leading UK social-housing systems innovator Aareon UK Ltd. (www.aareon.co.uk). He replaces Steve Makin who is leaving to pursue new challenges.

Griffiths who joined in 1993 and who has been Chief Operating Officer at Aareon UK for the last 15 years, is credited with the successful operational merger of mobile workforce systems company 1st Touch. He has also been responsible for product development, support and consulting activities across the whole UK business. In his new role, Geraint will work closely with Nigel Rees on building upon the company’s position as the leading source of modern best-practise solutions for the social housing sector.

Commenting on Griffiths’ appointment Nigel Rees said, “Geraint has played a critical role
in the development of Aareon UK, the market leader in housing management solutions. He is therefore the ideal person to join me in capitalizing on the significant opportunities that are now open to us, across both existing and new markets. I look forward to working closely with him.”
