the process of proving evidence of our ability to deliver really played to our strengths as a consultancy

Healthier Recruitment has been awarded a place on the NHS North of England Collaborative Procurement Partnership’s (NOE CPC) Framework Agreement for Healthcare Consultancy Services. The 6 Lot framework is awarded in light of NHS Improvement recommendations and was designed to enable trusts to identify their own specific requirements and save time in awarding a compliant contract by following a further competition process.

The consultancy beat off stiff competition from hundreds of entrants to become one of just six consultancies to be appointed to each of the two separate lots it bid for.

Healthier Recruitment was the highest scoring tender within Lot 2: Healthcare Service Delivery, Development, Transformation and Related Services. It also came a close second in Lot 6: Multi-Disciplinary Healthcare Consultancy and Advisory Service.

Commenting on the award Margo Leftly, Managing Director of Healthier Recruitment, said;

“We are honoured that Healthier Recruitment has not only been awarded a place on the Healthcare Consultancy Services Staffing Framework, but also received such positive feedback from those who evaluated our bid.

“We found that the process of proving evidence of our ability to deliver really played to our strengths as a consultancy, which takes an advisory role in helping trusts to transform staffing models to aid short-term efficiency and long-term sustainability.”

Michael Johnson-Ellis, Managing Director of Healthier Recruitment, adds;

“Healthier Recruitment currently provides a vast spectrum of specialist personnel to NHS organisations and beyond and this award acts as testament to our longstanding commitment to supporting the NHS through compliant procurement processes.

“We are immensely proud to provide vital staff to NHS trusts and as we grow and expand our offering we will continue to work alongside trusts to help them to manage staffing spend while building future-fit teams.”
