New Energy Sector Acquisition, Divestment and Commercial Advisory Company is launched in London

A new boutique energy advisory company providing expert commercial consulting and transactional advisory solutions has recently be launched in London.

Holt Energy Advisors (“HEA”) are a team of energy industry professionals led by Chris Starling who was most recently Head of Commercial and Business Development for ENGIE’s UK exploration and production unit. Based from offices in Canary Wharf in London, HEA provides commercial and transactional services to both the upstream oil and gas and renewables sectors.

The team have career experience of over 40 MA&D transactions in 16 countries globally valued at over $5.5 Billion as well as having marketed hydrocarbons worth over $1 Billion and worked on commercial assignments in a further 21 countries. HEA bring together a mix of commercial and technical backgrounds to deliver tailored outcomes for clients by leveraging over 100+ years’ experience combined with high-end technology products.
