a complete digital solution for UK gender pay gap compliance and enhances the global legal practice’s significant services in this area

Curo Compensation Limited, a specialist compensation management technology company, and global legal practice Eversheds Sutherland have announced a tech partnership.

The agreement, currently the only one of its kind in the legal industry, will enable the legal practice to offer clients an innovative Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reporting platform.

The product, Eversheds Sutherland GPG, is a complete digital solution for UK gender pay gap compliance and enhances the global legal practice’s significant services in this area.

Powered by Curo Compensation’s industry leading technology platform, Eversheds Sutherland GPG helps clients prepare for statutory Gender Pay reporting deadlines and investigate the issues driving pay gaps in organisations. It is designed for organisations of all sizes that need to comply with UK Gender Pay Gap reporting requirements, and specifically for those who are aiming to be market leaders in workplace quality.

Eversheds Sutherland GPG enables clients to simply and effectively comply with the UK GPG legislation and calculate their statutory figures. The self-service solution also provides companies with advanced analytics to deliver powerful insights into the specific issues driving their Gender Pay statistics.

In a few easy steps, employers can produce professional reports and analytics with their own branding, run multiple comparisons to better understand their workforce GPG challenges and report on an unlimited number of legal entities, combining data sets into single reports.

Commenting on the agreement, Gerry O’Neill, CEO of Curo said: “As we approach the annual GPG deadline for the second year, it’s clear that the vast majority of companies are still struggling to meet the complex demands this legislation places on them. We are delighted that Eversheds Sutherland have taken the decision to partner with Curo. This is a strong endorsement of the quality of the product and the value it can deliver to the Eversheds Sutherland client base.”

About Gender Pay Gap reporting

The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 came into force in April 2017 and require all private-sector and voluntary sector employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees. Broadly similar rules apply in the public sector under the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017.
