There is great synergy between the challenges that consultancy procurement professionals face and the issues that leading MSPs routinely address

At a time when rapidly advancing technology, more stringent regulation and businesses model innovation are increasingly impacting how consultancy services are bought and sold, Guidant Global, is delighted to announce that it is sponsoring the 2019 Consultancy Procurement Summit.

Hosted by Grant Thornton UK LLP, the Consultancy Procurement Council event is the primary best practice group for senior consultancy procurement professionals and is the membership organisation’s largest event of the year.

The summit, The Perfect Storm – Forces Driving Change in Consultancy Procurement, which will be held on the 12th June 2019, will include a keynote presentation from Cameron Robinson, Client Solutions Manager at Guidant Global. During the session he will offer delegates unique insight on the maturing Statement of Work Managed Service Recruitment market.

Other organisations which will be represented on the day include Lloyd’s Bank, Staffing Industry Analysts and Deutsche Bank which will be hosting sessions on change, IR35 and building an internal consultancy team respectively.

Commenting on the partnership, Alan Gotto, spokesperson for the Consultancy Procurement Council, said:

“We are delighted to be working with Guidant Global to deliver this game-changing event. There is great synergy between the challenges that consultancy procurement professionals face and the issues that leading MSPs routinely address. The development of the SoW market, in particular, offers supply management professionals the chance to generate new efficiencies while managing risk in response to an increasingly complex workforce. I’m sure the expert insight on the opportunities that engaging talent in this way brings will be of immense value to our members on the day.”

Cameron Robinson, Client Solutions Manager at Guidant Global, added:

“At Guidant Global we are great advocates of best practice sharing, and aligning our brand with The Consultancy Procurement Council feels like a very natural fit. For procurement professionals who are seeking to optimise the value of consultancy services, I have no doubt that the summit will provide the perfect opportunity to elevate their thinking to inform future strategy – and it’s great to be involved.”
