• Industry veteran brings over 20 years of experience and proven track record building successful sales and channel initiatives

Reading, UK — 13th April, 2016 — ThreatQuotient, a Threat Intelligence Platform provider, today announced the appointment of Faraz Siraj as Director of Channels for its newly launched Threat Alliance Program (TAP). Mr. Siraj is responsible for driving the channel program and establishing and growing all reseller partners and strategic alliances. TAP is uniquely designed to work with all types of partners, from Resellers and Strategic Vendors to Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP’s) and Value-added Resellers (VAR’s).

“Having tremendous success right out of the gate coupled with progressive investment in the company has uniquely positioned ThreatQuotient to be able to offer our partners the commitment, support and benefits not available from other companies in the TIP market,” said John Czupak, President and CEO at ThreatQuotient. “To that end, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Faraz to lead our new Threat Alliance Program. His history of success with some of the most influential security companies over the years speaks volumes of his ability to ensure our continued growth and emergence as the Threat Intelligence Platform leader.”

Mr. Siraj brings over 20 years of experience to the table and will play a pivotal role in achieving and maintaining a high-level of mutual success with all ThreatQuotient partners. Prior to joining ThreatQuotient, Mr. Siraj was the Channel Leader for all Cisco Security Products for the Americas Region; responsible for partner relations, sales and enablement. Before Cisco, he spent several years leading Sourcefire’s channel sales and partnership strategies.

“ThreatQuotient has done an excellent job distinguishing itself from the competition, which is evident by the numerous award recognitions and recent funding announcement,” said Mr. Siraj. “This is an exciting time to join the company and the perfect time to launch its Threat Alliance Program. I look forward to leading this initiative and ushering in a new way of partnering that will provide the alliances needed to support the phenomenal growth path the management team has established.”

Embracing a 100 percent focus on the channel while maintaining a vendor agnostic approach, TAP is a multi-tiered channel partner program committed to the success of various types of partners by providing them with flexible levels of investment based on their unique business goals and growth strategies. With competitive margins, deal registration protection, NFR programs, training and certification, TAP partners have the tools necessary to meet and exceed sales goals. Furthermore, TAP provides partners with a deep understanding of and access to ThreatQuotient’s Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP), ThreatQ, allowing them to address their customers’ unique threat intelligence needs today and in the future.

Oseloka Obiora, Founder of RiverSafe, a newly signed UK partner, comments: “This program looks like a really great deal with very competitive margins. We believe this presents a significant opportunity for RiverSafe to close business in what is a very fast-growing and exciting area of the cyber-defence market.”

ThreatQuotient is committed to being a 100 percent channel company. Through Deal Registration, ThreatQuotient’s TAP offers partners margin protection and deal protection – partners that register deals early in the sales cycle can protect their investments against competitors.
