Southend-based outsourced customer contact centre Ventrica has been shortlisted for four different categories in the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2017(ECCCSA 2017) that will be announced later this year. Awards that the outsourcer is in the running for include ‘Employer of the Year’, ‘Large Contact Centre of the Year’, ‘Best Outsourcing Partnership’ and ‘Best Multilingual Contact Centre’.
