Ashfords LLP expands its Banking and Finance Team

Law firm Ashfords LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of Ed Hobbs as a Partner in our Banking and Finance team, located in the firm's Bristol office.

Previously at Burges Salmon for six years, Ed’s appointment bolsters the firm's Banking offering in the Bristol market.

Ed advises clients including banks, other financial institutions, corporates and funds in relation to a broad range of finance transactions. His practice focuses on corporate banking, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, energy and infrastructure finance and asset backed finance.

Chambers and Partners highlights Ed’s “excellent communication and great understanding of clients” and he is also recommended in Legal 500.

The arrival of Ed reflects Ashfords' continued growth and expansion of its offering and expertise in the financial sector.
