Cyber security specialist CySure has announced a new partnership with the data protection consultancy Hayes & Cole. As a value-added reseller Hayes & Cole has included CySure’s Virtual Online Security Officer (VOSO) in its portfolio of compliance and regulation solutions, to provide a complete cyber security and data protection service to its customers.

A report from the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) found that cyber crime is financially impacting small businesses disproportionately more than big businesses when adjusted for organisational size. The report(i) revealed that SMEs are attacked seven million times per year, costing the UK economy an estimated £5.26 billion. No business is too small to be attacked, however with the right approach to cyber-security no business is too small to protect itself.
