BoF UNVEILS RANKING OF THE WORLD’S TOP 50 FASHION SCHOOLS, INCLUDING
NEW RANKING OF GRADUATE BUSINESS PROGRAMMES

LONDON – 30 OCTOBER 2017 – Today, The Business of Fashion is pleased to announce the third edition of The Global Fashion School Rankings, including 25 new participating schools and a newly-established ranking of business graduate courses within fashion institutions.

The Global Fashion School Rankings offers the world’s most comprehensive analysis of fashion education, based on a survey of more than 11,000 students and alumni, with data gathered from 73 schools in 20 countries. The report includes detailed profiles of the world’s top 50 undergraduate and top 30 graduate fashion programmes. This year’s ranking has also been expanded to identify the top 10 graduate business programmes focused on fashion, resulting in the industry’s first dedicated ranking of institutions offering specialist courses in fashion business.

“BoF’s Global Fashion School Rankings have become an important tool for schools, students and the industry to evaluate and understand the fashion education landscape,” explains Imran Amed, Founder and CEO of The Business of Fashion. “We have adapted and extended our methodology this year, putting an extra emphasis on landing a job, as this has been an ongoing concern for the tens of thousands of students graduating from fashion schools each year. And, with more students interested in pursuing business-focused careers in fashion, we have introduced a new business focused ranking to help them navigate their decision-making about which schools to attend and how to get the most out of their experience.”
